Self Care monthly sessions assist in optimising health; PREVENTION is the key, rather than waiting until the body feels unwell, or a bit 'wobbly', be proactive with your health and instill measures to help support your well-being process. For some people it has been particularly beneficial when on workshops, or dealing with people whether that is in work, or personal life, particularly with the general public. Keeping the systems in the body 'in tip top condition' can prevent energy depletion, and provide an abundance of energy.....ready to tackle anything!
