Peace Meditation from comfort of own home - held regularly last Sunday of every month, GMT time
Help to co-create peace in world and unfold in our own minds with this World Peace Meditation. Spend some time now and again dedicated to peaceful thoughts and feelings, which can help ease the agitated mind and allows the peace to flow all around.
There is great energy involved in group work, so join likeminded individuals in this free monthly event, individuals may wish to take part in the visualisation, chant or sit in meditation, open to all individuals.

Visualisation
Start relaxation - in the in-breath slightly say 'MA' and on the out-breath 'OM', repeat for a few minutes.
Imagine white flowers of peace gently falling from the sky, falling on mountains, hillsides, trees, plants, all of nature...falling on each and every animal and on the heads of individuals, all of creation like a gentle cool snowfall.
Imagine peace flowing from Gaia covering the earth.

The spiritual teacher Amma says, "The tragedies we are experiencing are not finished. Nature continues to be angry and agitated. Only the cool, gentle breeze of divine grace can lift the clouds of anger, hatred and revenge. So, let us pray with melting hearts."

Alternatively chant:
Om Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavanthu

Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavanthu
Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti

 "May all beings everywhere be happy and free and may the thoughts, words and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all."

The peace meditation will be held on the last Sunday of every month, join anytime between 18.30-20.00 GMT, even 5 minutes of peaceful thoughts can help.
