    Start relaxation - in the in-breath slightly say 'MA' and on the out-breath 'OM', repeat for a few minutes.
    Imagine white flowers of peace gently falling from the sky, falling on mountains, hillsides, trees, plants, all of nature...falling on each and every animal and on the heads of individuals, all of creation like a gentle cool snowfall. Imagine peace flowing from Gaia covering the earth.


    2. Alternatively chant:
    Om Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavanthu
    Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavanthu
    Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavanthu
    Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti

Which translates as:  "May all beings everywhere be happy and free and may the thoughts, words and actions of my ownlife contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all."
