I work with people who feel something is out of balance in their lives which has resulted in a health condition, maybe due to the work/home life balance or those who would like to take preventive action to prevent future conditions from arising. Putting the body under stress can at some point show up as a physical symptom resulting in a physical illness; it may result in emotional & mental imbalance too. Perhaps their lifestyle is also not conducive to their healing process.
I know, I’ve suffered.
Running two business & supporting a family rapidly resulted in feelings of exhaustion, both physically and mentally; mood swings were frequent and health in general began to deteriorate.

So I addressed all areas in my life, my diet had an overhaul, I began to look at my emotions and why I feel the way I do, using self enquiry and energy work. I take time out for yoga nidra, meditation and pranayama that leaves me calmer and centred. Not forgetting the energy in my home with Feng Shui to harmonise the elements. I’ve found spiritual teachers who continue to guide me on the path of self-realisation, for whom I will be forever grateful.
I am still able to run my expanding business and have time for the family from a more centred and calm place.
